THE BEGINNING
Hori Peppe Mukade recalls. "It was magic and intriguing to see that dragon that was made in a black & gray style on that man's arm. who was sitting next to me. and without knowing at the time tattoos would captivate me forever".
Years and years after dropping out of college and playing drums in several rock bands. he would have another encounter with tattooing , but this time it was deeper than before as a child. He was so fascinated by it that this time he surrendered himself to the pleasure of tattooing and being tattooed.

In 1995 looking for new horizons he moved to Puerto Vallarta. where he established and founded the 1st tattoo shop ever in Puerto Vallarta's history....The Sixty NiNe Tattoo.
